We carry out operations throughout the year in order to place the right candidates in the right positions. As Oji, we place the utmost importance on competencies as a criterion in the recruitment process. Regardless of the department for which they are evaluated, our candidates are expected to possess certain values. These values, such as ability to work within a team, efficient communication, ability to develop cooperation, being result-oriented and customer-focused, play an important role in the recruitment process.

Oji offers jobs to those candidates who are found eligible after these evaluations and we start working with the candidate who is the most appropriate one for the relevant position. Our purpose here is to question the knowledge, skills and competencies of individuals and ensure their placement in a department which is appropriate for their qualifications.
