The most important aspect of this issue is Oji İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.’s Policy for Protection and Processing of Personal Data (the “Policy”). Within the framework of this Policy, the principles adopted in the performance of personal data processing activities carried out by our Company, and the basic principles adopted for the compliance of our Company’s data processing activities with the regulations contained in the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), are clarified, and thus, our Company ensures the necessary transparency by informing data subjects.
